   Do you take insurance?

We do not accept any form of medical insurance or Medicare/Medicaid.
By not accepting insurance, we are able to provide the one on one care that we feel is necessary for proper healing of the mind and body.  Generally, this translates to lesser overall visits and long term solutions for our clients.  
We will provide you with an itemized bill with traditional ICD-10 codes and CPT codes for you to file with your insurance company for reimbursement.
Reimbursement is based on your individual out-of-network benefits of your insurance plan.  We recommend you call your insurance prior to our visit to assess your financial responsibility. You may also use pre-tax dollars from a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your physical therapy.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

If you are seeking physical therapy for a particular problem, you are required to have a referral from your doctor, chiropractor or nurse practitioner.  

What is the cost for the sessions?

Initial PT Session: $150 
Follow-up Sessions: $130

What should I wear?

Shorts & sports bras (for women) are ideal.  Be prepared to take your shoes off.

What is your cancellation policy?

Generally speaking, if you cancel within 24 hours, you will be required to pay the full price of the session.   This allows us to maintain the quality and 1 on 1 service we provide as well as allows other patients a chance to get on the schedule as needed.  Your cooperation is much appreciated!
