Bodywise’s approach to movement therapy is interactive. We apply physical therapy manual skills and theories to Pilates based exercise principles in order to create an effective learning atmosphere. Our focus is on empowering you with the knowledge and ability to carry out any activity that crosses your path, painlessly and efficiently.
We treat the whole person. Our initial assessment focuses on how your whole body interacts while in motion. We then encourage you to be an active participant in the exploration of alternative ways of moving. This includes listening to signals your body sends and adjusting the output towards the desired outcome.
We help you improve your day-to-day life. Our strategy is designed to allow you to easily carry new skills learned in our sessions outside the studio and into your life.
